The proposed development does not result in an increase or decrease in house units. The proposed development will result in the provision of 15 no. 4 bedroom detached dwelling houses, 12 no. 4 bedroom semi detached dwelling houses and 10 no. 3 bedroom semi detached dwelling houses. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the entrance at the R639 and internal road network which was permitted by An Bord Pleanala Reference PL 04.248234/ Cork County Council Planning Reference 16/5554.
