Permission for retention of the change of use from warehouse/distribution use to market/food emporium and are applying for permission for the demolition of minor internal/external partitions (7.9m2) as well as permission for the change of use from vacant warehouse/distribution use to event and function/gallery space, to recreation use and for change of use from vacant warehouse/distribution use to health/lifestyle store. Permission is also sought for the change of use from a former pumping station to a coffee roasterie. Planning permission is also being applied for the construction of a mezzanine to facilitate seating within the food emporium, the removal of 9 no. car parking spaces (leaving 60 spaces remaining in the existing car park) to facilitate the provision of a parcel pickup depot, permission is also sought for the provision of 44 no. bike parking spaces, parklets, a bike rental hub, an internal concrete staircase, the insertion of roof lightwells/openings, drainage, signage and all associated site development works at the site of the former Southern Fruits Distribution Company Warehouse, Centre Park Road/Kennedy Quay, Cork City.
